Meditation

Like my last post on ‘Learn to Breathe’, meditation is a very important subject that has dated back since the beginning of man. What makes meditation so important is the self-study and reflection part of the exercise. This is also the time to bring out your feelings of gratitude, love for others, visualization, empowerment, health consciousness and many other qualities can be brought out in your meditation time. Meditation is also a very important time for personal focus as well. Time that you need yourself away from the world and it’s distractions. It is a way to relax and unwind and make it a huge part of your lifestyle. Some of the most successful and happy people on the planet, practice meditation normally.

Brings out the best in us

You want a good reason why you should meditate daily? Just look around you. Look at those that are stuck in the rat race and take no time for self-reflection. Look at those who have no real plan for their lives. Are we put on this earth to just merely exist? Of course not! Man was created for bountiful happiness and abundance. We need to reflect daily and meditate and visualize where we would like to be. See yourself making that big deal, turning the key on the doorknob to your new house, feel the wind in your hair as you drive your new SL500 or frolicking in the hills with your family. These are all powerful mind cues that must be mapped to your subconscious for attraction.

Just what is meditation?

They are many things that we can ‘visualize’ in our meditated state or we can/should also enter our meditated state in total relaxation and calmness. The ancient and modern day monks practice this and there are millions around the world that participate daily in some form of meditation. We in the western world are just catching up with eastern cultures in this much needed personal exercise. Meditation in its more basic form can be thought of as contemplation and reflection. For a more complete description and resource for meditation, see this link. The most basic way to start meditation is to close your eyes and breathe in deep a few times, repeating any incantations / mantras or just being silent and meditating. I do this at least 5 times a week myself and it really makes s a difference in your life. Just this week, I mixed in power incantations with some meditation for personal benefit. In saying that, it is also important to wish others the best in your meditations as well. The more you give, the more you tend to receive in life blessing.

I promise if you start to meditate and make it a normal part of your routine, you will see big changes. Not only will you see changes, but others will see those changes and be attracted to your life force as well.
